With over 35 years of customer service and leadership experience in the technology industry, Kathy serves as Lydonia’s Vice President, Managed Services. Kathy and her team are focused on ensuring successful business outcomes for our customers. Kathy and her team have a proven track record for developing long-lasting strategic partnerships that result in positive business outcomes for Lydonia’s customers.
Kathy joins Lydonia after a 21-year career at Dell Technologies and EMC Corporation. She has expertise in building and developing award-winning account management, customer service, success, and support teams. Most recently, Kathy led the Global Midrange Support Team responsible for providing solution support for Dell’s next generation of transformative storage products.
Having benefited from mentors throughout her career, Kathy is as passionate for mentoring as she is for her team and customers. She is inspired to assist mentees with building their skillsets, confidence, and networks while achieving their goals.
