As a Consulting Services Specialist at Lydonia Technologies, your primary focus is on serving as a trusted advisor to our account executives and customers. You will deliver these results by identifying, scoping, and selling the best Lydonia AI, Analytics, and Automation consulting services to meet our customer’s unique business objectives.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us improve our scoping and quoting process for our accounts. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for meeting with customers, scoping the level of effort to automate use cases, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and leading knowledge transfers to the Customer Success and Delivery Teams. The Business Intelligence Analyst also contributes to the governance of general scoping practices and final review of all SOWs.
Responsibilities:
Meet with customers and facilitate high-level process overviews of the best use cases
Scope the level of effort to automate each use case
Evaluate client business challenges and work with the Lydonia team to arrive at the best-fit solution for the client

A Lydonia Technologies Solutions Engineer works with new Lydonia customers, as well as ensuring the growth of existing accounts. The SE helps to qualify and close opportunities with our prospects and should develop a comprehensive understanding of RPA and APA platforms as well as adjunct and complementary solutions such as data analytics and the application of artificial intelligence to process automation. Knowing their components and function enables assessing their potential application as solutions as well as positioning services to meet customer needs. As a Solutions Architect, our ideal candidate is responsible for overall hyperautomation workflow solution design and providing support to the creation/update of the RPA and APA solutions architecture design document to help ensure success for our customers.

Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems.
