As a Consulting Services Specialist at Lydonia Technologies, your primary focus is on serving as a trusted advisor to our account executives and customers. You will deliver these results by identifying, scoping, and selling the best Lydonia AI, Analytics, and Automation consulting services to meet our customer’s unique business objectives.

This role involves:
Strategic partnership: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and industry landscape, and collaborate closely with them and Lydonia Account Executives to define and execute tailored consulting services strategies.
Specific Responsibilities include:

Own the development process for Lydonia Consulting Service offerings focused on Strategy and Planning service offerings for AI, Analytics, Automation, and Security

Needs assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of the client's current processes, systems, and pain points, and use your expertise to identify consulting services opportunities to improve using AI, analytics, and automation technologies.

Solution recommendation: Leverage your knowledge of Lydonia's AI & Data Analytics offerings to recommend, scope, and negotiate price of customized consulting services offerings that align with the client's strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.

Value realization: Guide clients through the execution of consulting servicesensuring they fully and realize the benefits and value of the service. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers and the Lydonia Account Executive as needed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us improve our scoping and quoting process for our accounts. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for meeting with customers, scoping the level of effort to automate use cases, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and leading knowledge transfers to the Customer Success and Delivery Teams. The Business Intelligence Analyst also contributes to the governance of general scoping practices and final review of all SOWs.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and facilitate high-level process overviews of the best use cases

Scope the level of effort to automate each use case

Evaluate client business challenges and work with the Lydonia team to arrive at the best-fit solution for the client

Create and review SOWs

Lead knowledge transfer to the Customer Success and Delivery Teams
